Als u zich met uw computer in een vliegtuig bevindt (of een andere plek waar u geen draadloze verbinding mag hebben), dan dient u het draadloze netwerk uit te schakelen. Of misschien wilt u uw draadloze netwerk uitschakelen om een andere reden (bijvoorbeeld om energie te besparen).

Using Airplane Mode will completely turn off all wireless connections, including Wi-Fi, 3G and Bluetooth connections.

Vliegtuigstand inschakelen:

Open the Activities overview and start typing Wi-Fi.

Klik op Wifi om het paneel te openen.

Switch the Airplane Mode switch to on. This will turn off your wireless connection until you disable airplane mode again.

You can turn off your Wi-Fi connection from the system menu by clicking on the connection name and choosing Turn Off.
