Exporting from myPhpAdmin:

1) Click EXPORT
2) EXPORT METHOD: Custom
3) TABLES: Uncheck all Data except Params
4) OUTPUT: Check 'Export tables as separate files'
5) FORMAT-SPECIFIC OPTIONS: Check 'Display foreign key relationships'
6) Object creation options: Check all
7) Click 'Go'

NB! Before commit, remove TOKEN and SECRET strings from licenses_table_params.sql

If database should be restored from backup, update AUTO_INCREMENT lines.
